ReturnsIf you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive the item to return it to us.
Please contact us via email: email@example.com or phone: 0141 639 8376 to inform us about the return. We will issue a ‘Returns Code’ which you should include on your return parcel.

Please Note: All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
We recommend you send the items ‘Signed For’ to ensure it reaches us ok. Once you have taken delivery of an item, the responsibility for that item is yours. We cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund delivery charges, unless an item is faulty/damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds/returns for the following items:
Items not in original packaging
Items which have been partially used
Whilst every care is taken to ensure your goods are delivered in pristine condition, on the rare occasion that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please inform us by email as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org
We may request photographic evidence to determine whether an item can be repaired or needs replaced.
When returning an item which is faulty/damaged we recommend you send the items ‘Signed For’ to ensure it reaches us ok. Please keep proof of delivery and send/email us a copy so we can reimburse delivery costs. Failure to provide proof of return delivery will result in no refund of these costs. Unfortunately we are unable to refund original delivery charges.
